The injection feels like a small bite and is relatively painless. This is a non-invasive treatment and we take precautions to minimise any discomfort. You can continue your daily activity immediately after the treatment.

After your treatment it’s advisable to move the treated muscles a little to help the settling.
It’s recommended to avoid alcohol (to minimise bruising) and not to wear hats, hairbands or anything else over the treated area.
After your treatment, you may experience some bruising or tenderness around the area. This is temporary and will last only a few days.
